Telesales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Telesales and Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai, handling both outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects and close sales. The role combines direct sales activities with close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Present company products and services, follow up on inquiries and close sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Update CRM records accurately and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign activities and share customer feedback.
• Assist in training new team members on telesales techniques.
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing initiatives and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven telesales or inside‑sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Experience in training or coaching colleagues.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data‑entry for lead tracking.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, telesales or call‑center environments in the region is an advantage.
