Telesales Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Consultant to join our Dubai team, supporting both wealth advisory and real‑estate divisions. The role focuses on building trust over the phone and converting conversations into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our investment, insurance and real‑estate solutions.
• Present products and services clearly, addressing client queries and objections.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of telesales experience in investments, insurance, financial services or wealth advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting sales goals.
• UAE residence visa preferred; existing UAE client database is a plus.
• Immediate availability to start.
