About the role
Inspire Properties is seeking a full‑time Telesales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound calling, relationship building and delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend training sessions to develop sales skills.
Required profile
- Sales consulting and sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Training and development skills.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
