About the role
Meydan Free Zone is seeking a dynamic Client Experience Executive to assist and guide prospects, applicants, channel partners, and clients in resolving their questions, queries, and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to and understand client requests and concerns, owning each request through to closure.
- Coordinate internally and externally to achieve satisfactory outcomes and resolve requests to set standards.
- Manage client escalations, ensuring outcomes comply with policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager or team leader.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in a similar operational or call‑center role.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with operational systems such as ERP.
- Proficiency in Zoho.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
