Telesales Executive – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to generate and qualify leads for our Dubai real‑estate brokerage. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling, booking appointments for property consultants and supporting the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, preferred location and purchase timeline.
• Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real‑estate consultants.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred).
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads and appointments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven telesales experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High confidence in cold calling and working toward targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Bitrix.
