Telesales Executive – Female (Own or Husband Visa)

About the role

Dalamo Tours and Travels is seeking an energetic female Telesales Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on promoting a range of travel‑related services, from flight tickets to visa extensions, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Candidates must hold either their own residence visa or a husband’s visa and be ready to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell travel services including flight tickets, UAE visit visas, visa extensions, tour packages, travel insurance, and other related products.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or travel sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Confident, persuasive, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be on an own visa or husband’s visa and available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, specifically MS Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
