Telesales Executive - FMCG

About the role

An experienced Telesales Executive is needed in Dubai / Sharjah to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, convert leads and support order management. The role suits candidates with a strong background in FMCG, wholesale or retail sales. It is a 2-year contract with a schedule of 6 days a week, 9 hours a day.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing FMCG customers.
• Generate leads, turn enquiries into sales and meet sales targets.
• Upsell products and keep up regular customer follow-ups.
• Manage customer orders, quotations and sales coordination.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM, Excel and order-management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in FMCG, wholesale or retail.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of FMCG products and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Required skills

• Cold-calling, negotiation, upselling and closing.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel and order-management systems.
