Call Centre Agent - UAE National (Emiratisation)

About the role

A leading organisation in the insurance sector is hiring Emirati professionals as Call Centre Agents in Dubai, through its client. The role suits people who enjoy talking to customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. It is an Emiratisation position, so a Family Book is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products, services and policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely, customer-centric way.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments and follow up until resolved.
• Adhere to service standards, operational procedures and quality guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book (Emiratisation role) - mandatory.
• High school, diploma or bachelor's degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills and ability to handle several customer interactions at once.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanour and willingness to learn.
