Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Sandcastle Properties LLC is a real estate agency in Dubai handling buying, selling, renting and investing in residential and commercial properties. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive in Dubai who drives property inquiries and conversions through outbound and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients and present available properties, explaining their features and benefits
• Qualify leads based on budget, preferences and investment goals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on leads
• Schedule property viewings with the sales team and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth transactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets, handle client questions and concerns professionally, and follow company policies and local regulations

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and the ability to explain property details and processes
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and build long-term client relationships
• Sales and lead generation skills to turn inquiries into qualified prospects
• Basic computer and CRM skills to manage call logs, update client information and track follow-ups
• Relevant experience in telesales, real estate or a similar client-facing role is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with diverse teams
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and fluency in additional languages are beneficial
