Telesales Specialist (Fintech & iGaming)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, target‑driven Telesales Specialist to acquire new customers and generate revenue for our fintech and iGaming products. You will engage both inbound and outbound prospects, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales while maintaining a high‑quality, compliant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns.
• Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling.
• Explain fintech solutions (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings (bonuses, gameplay, account setup).
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customers.
• Identify and engage high‑value/VIP customers, providing personalized service and offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers to ensure a premium experience.
• Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all interactions comply with responsible usage and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in BPO, fintech, or iGaming.
• Fluent in English and Hindi for effective sales conversations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including late‑night hours.

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
