About the role

We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Teller to manage customer transactions and deliver excellent service at our branch.

Key responsibilities

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, ensuring accurate pricing.
Collect payments in cash or credit and issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
Redeem stamps and coupons, and cross‑sell products while introducing new items.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Greet customers entering or leaving the store and maintain clean, tidy checkout areas.
Track transactions on balance sheets, report discrepancies, and handle bagging, boxing, or gift‑wrapping packages.
