Teller – Customer Service & Cash Handling

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Teller to manage customer transactions and deliver excellent service at our branch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, ensuring accurate pricing.
• Collect payments in cash or credit and issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
• Redeem stamps and coupons, and cross‑sell products while introducing new items.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers entering or leaving the store and maintain clean, tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets, report discrepancies, and handle bagging, boxing, or gift‑wrapping packages.
