Teller – Retail Banking (UAE National)

About the role

Rakbank is seeking enthusiastic UAE National Tellers to join its Retail Banking team. The role offers a chance to develop a banking career while delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions, and remittances accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive branch banking experience.
• Ensure compliance with RAKBANK policies, operating procedures, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Maintain accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling to support branch operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist customers with day‑to‑day banking needs and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Contribute to a collaborative branch environment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer care.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
