Territory Lead, Sports Medicine

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead for Sports Medicine to drive growth of its arthroscopic instruments, implants and capital equipment portfolio across the Abu Dhabi region. You will act as the trusted clinical partner for orthopedic surgeons, nurses and operating‑room teams, helping them deliver faster, safer patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a territory plan, prioritising key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands‑on training for healthcare professionals.
• Support tender, procurement and leasing processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Oversee material deliveries, installations and attend procedures when required.
• Escalate customer feedback or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with Marketing to organise scientific events and educational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences or a related field.
• 2–3 years of commercial or technical experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High integrity with a focus on patient safety.
• Fluent English and a valid UAE driving licence.
