Test Manager – Corporate Banking & Cash Management

About the role

QualityKiosk Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end‑to‑end testing for corporate banking, cash management, payments and trade finance solutions. The role involves driving UAT delivery, managing stakeholders and ensuring quality governance across large‑scale banking transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy, plans, estimation and execution approach for SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing.
• Validate corporate banking business processes, cash‑management, liquidity, collections, receivables, lending, trade finance and digital onboarding journeys.
• Manage defect lifecycle, quality metrics, risk monitoring and project sign‑offs.
• Coordinate with business, development and vendor teams to ensure test coverage and successful releases.

Required profile

• 13+ years of banking QA / test management experience, with at least 5 years on recent corporate banking projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of UAE corporate banking operations, payment systems, regulations and digital banking channels.
• Proven stakeholder management and client‑facing skills, with ability to lead large‑scale testing programs.
• Hands‑on testing capability and experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Required skills

• Test strategy & planning, test estimation, SIT & UAT management, defect management, risk management, test reporting, quality governance, release management.
• Payments systems knowledge: SWIFT, NPSS, WPS, domestic and cross‑border payment processing.
• Host‑to‑host integrations, file‑based processing, virtual account management (VAM).
• Experience with Mindgate DigiTB platform (preferred).
