About the role
The Tool & Assets Management Representative will oversee the complete lifecycle of the territory’s tool fleet, ensuring timely delivery, proper configuration, and efficient return of tools and spares for pipeline and facility projects.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange delivery, configuration, assembly and return shipment of tools, spares and accessories in coordination with Project Managers.
- Maintain workshop housekeeping, accurate records and inventory of all tools, spares and accessories.
- Forecast, budget, purchase or return tools for the upcoming year, reflecting manpower and workshop capacity.
- Report monthly usage, inspection run success rates and suggest design improvements to achieve 100% run success.
- Charge projects for tool damage caused by improper handling and ensure proper shipping between sites, corporate TM and suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tool and production roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and ability to lift up to 50 lb.

- AutoCAD (or Sledworks) proficiency
- Mechanical engineering knowledge

- ERP and Microsoft Office usage
