Total Rewards & Performance Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Aventus, a modern government‑linked organisation in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Total Rewards & Performance Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve its performance management and reward frameworks. The role supports fair employee evaluation, competitive compensation and recognition that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews and year‑end evaluations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance tools, timelines and standards, and monitor completion rates.
• Facilitate performance calibration discussions and prepare related analysis and documentation.
• Support the administration of reward programmes such as salary reviews, bonuses and non‑monetary recognition initiatives.
• Manage the annual compensation review process, ensuring data accuracy, approvals and timelines.
• Conduct market benchmarking, maintain compensation databases and analyse internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based dashboards, reports and data analyses for HR leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across performance, salary and reward information.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation or performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Commercially minded HR professional comfortable influencing stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality.
