Trade & FX Specialist – SME Portfolio

About the role

The Trade & FX Specialist will drive foreign exchange business growth within the SME portfolio, partnering with Relationship Managers to deepen client engagement and increase product penetration. This role focuses on delivering revenue growth through FX solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate FX finance revenues across the SME customer base.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and activate clients.
• Provide market insights, pricing guidance and hedging solutions, promoting spot, forward and structured FX products.
• Conduct joint customer meetings and portfolio reviews to maximize wallet share.
• Monitor pipeline, deal conversion and revenue performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and internal policies.
• Deliver product training and market updates to frontline teams.
• Work closely with Treasury, Product, Compliance and Operations for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FX sales or product roles within business banking or corporate segments.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and related products.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship management capabilities.
• Analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
