Trainee Account Officer – Account Management Programme

About the role

The 12‑month "Launch" programme is designed for recent graduates to start a career in account management within Rolls‑Royce Civil Aerospace. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will support experienced Account Managers in handling airline and aviation customer relationships, contracts and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scale.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Account Management team.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to meet key account deliverables.
• Analyse business challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.

Required profile

• UAE resident living in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah.
• Recent graduate (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in a commercial, financial or technical discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, self‑motivated and able to work in a multi‑functional environment.
• Curious, data‑driven mindset with willingness to learn from peers.
• Proficient IT skills, fluent across the Microsoft Office suite.
