About the role
The Digital Twin platform needs clear, user‑friendly documentation and hands‑on training to ensure operators and support teams can use it effectively after the delivery team departs. As a Trainer & Technical Documentation Specialist you will create all the necessary guides, training materials and knowledge‑transfer plans for a seamless hand‑over.
Key responsibilities
- Write user manuals, administrator guides, SOPs and quick‑reference sheets.
- Produce training decks, video tutorials, walkthroughs and practical exercises.
- Deliver role‑based training sessions to command‑centre operators, facilities‑management teams and administrators.
- Design and execute a knowledge‑transfer plan for the client’s internal support team.
- Maintain documentation throughout releases and change requests.
- Collect user feedback and continuously improve materials.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing and/or corporate technical training.
- Excellent written English with the ability to simplify complex systems.
- Confident presenter comfortable training mixed‑seniority audiences.
- Fast learner who can master a technical platform by using it, not just by briefings.
Required skills
- MS Office suite.
- Camtasia or similar video‑editing software.
- Screen‑capture and diagramming tools.
- Articulate or Captivate for e‑learning authoring (nice to have).
