About the role

KLN Shipping and Logistics Services LLC is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join its operations team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily transport and fleet activities, coordinating vehicles, drivers, and schedules to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport and fleet-related operations.
• Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of transport activities.
• Monitor fleet performance and address operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company transport procedures and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of transport operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in transport or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day transport coordination.
• Ability to manage drivers, vehicles, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, driver scheduling, and logistics planning.
