Travel Consultant – Customer‑Focused Travel Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑oriented Travel Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will guide clients through travel planning, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages, ensuring each itinerary matches their preferences and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide information and advice on destinations, flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticketing, and hotel bookings.
• Arrange transfers, tours, and other travel services.
• Prepare customized itineraries and holiday packages.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Promote travel packages and special offers to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
• Good knowledge of popular international travel destinations.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the UAE travel and tourism market is advantageous.

Required skills

• Amadeus reservation system.
• Galileo reservation system.
• Sabre reservation system.
• General GDS (Global Distribution System) knowledge.
