Treasury Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant to join our Finance team within the Oil & Gas/EPC sector. The role involves managing day‑to‑day banking and treasury operations, ensuring accurate cash‑flow forecasting and maintaining strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily banking and treasury operations, including bank transfers, supplier payments, salary/WPS transactions and other payment instructions.
• Administer Letters of Credit, Trust Receipts, Bank Guarantees and related facilities, handling applications, amendments, extensions, settlements and closures.
• Maintain daily cash and bank position, monitor facility utilization, and prepare weekly cash‑flow and payment forecasts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, verify banking charges, and coordinate with banks on facility renewals and KYC documentation.
• Record and reconcile all treasury transactions in Microsoft Dynamics and produce periodic Treasury MIS reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant treasury or corporate banking experience, preferably in the UAE and within Oil & Gas, EPC, engineering or construction.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics is mandatory.
