Treasury Technology Manager – Trading Systems Transformation

About the role

The incumbent will lead, plan and execute a treasury technology transformation program for the Trading Cluster, driving the implementation of platforms such as Integral, LSEG, XLR8, MetaTrader and TradeNet. The role sits within the Technology Team and works closely with Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking leadership to deliver digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define delivery road‑maps and implementation timelines for Treasury Technology digital transformation across the Trading area.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across all Mashreq Bank units to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee cluster‑wide program budgets, policies, procedures and controls.
• Champion change, promote rapid deployment techniques using Agile or similar methodologies, and act as the “Change Champion” for the transformation vision.

Required profile

• BS/B.Tech degree (MS/M.Tech preferred) with more than 12 years of experience in large‑scale systems implementations.
• Proven experience managing cross‑border, cross‑functional teams and delivering end‑to‑end treasury or wealth technology solutions.
• Strong business orientation, leadership qualities and ability to align technology capabilities with commercial strategy.

Required skills

• Implementation experience with Integral, LSEG, XLR8, MetaTrader, TradeNet, Bloomberg, ICE and FXALL platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud strategy, automation, open APIs, micro‑services and modern digital ecosystems.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
