UAE National Sales Administrator - Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Sales Administrator provides comprehensive sales administration support within the Commercial Vehicles Sales sector. The role processes vehicle orders, coordinates deliveries and ensures compliance with documentation requirements, acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics and customers. It is open to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process vehicle sales orders in SAP/DMS, verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer files.
• Monitor order status and follow up until vehicle delivery.
• Ensure sales documents, approvals, LPOs, financing paperwork and registration documents are complete and accurate, and coordinate with Finance and Compliance teams.
• Coordinate with PDI, Logistics, Body Builders and Registration teams on chassis allocation, vehicle preparation and delivery schedules, and support invoicing and handover.
• Support Sales Consultants and Sales Managers with quotations, proposals, correspondence and reports, and answer customer queries on orders and delivery timelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports, and maintain dashboards, pipeline and order tracking reports.
• Liaise with Finance, Logistics, PDI, Registration, Insurance and Body Builders, escalate delivery or satisfaction issues, and support continuous improvement in processing time, documentation accuracy and customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Automotive Sales Support or Commercial Vehicles operations.
• Experience with trucks, buses, vans or fleet sales is preferred.
• UAE National.

Required skills

• SAP or ERP system knowledge; proficiency in SAP or automotive DMS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
