UAE Typist / Government Transactions Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UAE Typist with strong practical knowledge of government transactions and administrative procedures. The role involves preparing, submitting and tracking a wide range of UAE government applications for both employees and company representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit MOHRE, Immigration/ICP, Emirates ID and medical fitness applications through the relevant portals.
• Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations and status changes, as well as labour contracts and work permit transactions.
• Upload documents, track application status, identify missing paperwork and communicate with government service centres.
• Maintain accurate records of all submissions, receipts and approvals.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of UAE experience as a Typist, PRO Typist or Government Transactions Officer.
• Strong practical knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID and medical fitness procedures.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail and provide clear guidance to customers.
