Unity Game Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Unity Game Developer to design, develop and test high‑quality Unity games for WebGL and VR. You will translate creative and business needs into performant, cross‑platform experiences while collaborating closely with designers, artists, QA/DevOps and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web‑based games using Unity, including prototyping and shipping VR experiences from concept to production.
• Implement game mechanics, UI, interaction design for XR (locomotion, haptics, audio spatialisation) and integrate visual/audio assets.
• Optimize performance for WebGL and standalone VR headsets, handling frame budgeting, GPU/CPU profiling, foveated rendering and memory limits.
• Debug, test and resolve technical issues, manage headset firmware/build deployment and maintain demo environments.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, run reviews and present live demos.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in C# programming within Unity.
• Experience delivering Unity projects for WebGL and VR platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to clients.
