User Acquisition Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior User Acquisition Director to shape and scale global acquisition strategies for multiple high‑growth digital products. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead a talented team, drive sustainable growth through paid channels and build scalable systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term user acquisition strategy across products, markets and paid channels.
• Lead and develop performance‑marketing teams covering mobile acquisition, paid social, paid search and programmatic advertising.
• Own acquisition metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and make investment decisions.
• Build and manage experimentation frameworks for creatives, bidding, campaign structures and attribution.
• Drive automation and AI‑driven workflows for campaign management, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with product, analytics, creative, finance and executive teams to align acquisition with business goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advertising platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish best‑practice processes and systems that enable the team to scale efficiently.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition or related growth roles.
• Proven track record leading global acquisition teams and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong strategic vision combined with hands‑on analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into impactful business decisions.
