VAS Field Officer

About the role

Edenred UAE is a fast‑growing payroll service provider focused on financial inclusion for unbanked employees. The VAS Field Officer will act as the frontline representative, distributing prepaid cards, collecting KYC documentation, and guiding users through the C3Pay mobile app. This hybrid position combines on‑site visits with remote support to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing assistance for cardholders.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute prepaid cards and collect KYC information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Onboard new cardholders to the C3Pay app, providing product education and usage guidance.
• Conduct financial‑inclusion training sessions to help users adopt the app and its services.
• Visit cardholders on salary days to assist with money transfers via the C3Pay platform.
• Organise marketing campaigns, award ceremonies, and fraud‑awareness trainings at employee residences.
• Deliver corporate VAS training presentations to payroll and welfare teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience as a field officer handling banking or payment products.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
