About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Team Supervisor to lead our vehicle window tinting business in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on supervision of tinting operations with proactive sales development to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle window tinting services.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians and sales staff to deliver high‑quality installations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handling enquiries and after‑sales support.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient workflow.
• Monitor market trends in the Dubai automotive sector and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong sales acumen and proven ability to meet targets.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Energetic, responsible, and target‑oriented with a good knowledge of the Dubai automotive market.
