Venue Manager

About the role

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Venue Manager for its flagship property in Business Bay, Dubai. The role oversees the restaurant and related venues, ensuring that product quality, ambience and service consistently meet the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product, environment and service quality in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage management to train staff and exceed guest expectations.
• Supervise daily operations of the venue, including staffing, equipment availability and budget adherence.
• Participate in recruitment, conduct training and perform performance reviews for associates.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Address guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare rosters, track annual leave and manage other administrative duties.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Update menus regularly and verify that associates have necessary resources.
• Enforce safety and hygiene regulations and report any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising restaurant or venue operations.
• Background in recruiting, training and evaluating staff performance.
• Strong customer‑service focus with ability to resolve guest issues quickly.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards applicable to hospitality venues.
