Vice President Compliance Consulting

About the role

Kroll is seeking a Vice President to join its Financial Services Compliance & Regulation practice in the UAE. You will advise banks, asset managers, investment firms and other regulated financial institutions on regulatory, risk, governance, compliance and financial crime matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑profile regulatory advisory engagements across the UAE and GCC, delivering complex projects and remediation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including boards, executive management and compliance officers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑quality delivery and long‑term partnership growth.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, providing coaching, performance feedback and career development.
• Drive business development through proposal writing, client presentations, thought leadership and market outreach.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance, risk management or financial crime advisory within a regulator, financial institution or consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking and financial services regulations and exposure to UAE‑regulated institutions.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and lead complex engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
