About the role
Lead the successful rollout of the Core Banking Transformation Program across six countries and seven legal entities, acting as the primary bridge between country leadership and central program delivery teams. The role ensures country requirements, regulatory obligations, operational readiness and business needs are fully understood and delivered while protecting program objectives, standards, timelines and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single integration point between country leadership and central program delivery across all rollout phases.
- Protect delivery execution and country readiness across scope, requirements, governance, testing, migration, cutover, change and operational readiness.
- Lead executive stakeholder management with Country CEOs, COOs, business heads and regulators.
- Coordinate dependencies across Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Data, Testing, Migration, Change and vendors.
- Drive proactive RAID management, escalation governance and decision‑making to protect go‑live outcomes.
