Vice President – Finance (Real Estate & Capital Markets)

About the role

The client is a leading real estate developer in the UAE seeking a Vice President of Finance to own corporate financial strategy, capital raising, project finance structuring and banking/investor relationships as the business expands rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute fundraising across debt, equity, structured finance and private capital from deal inception to financial close.
• Manage relationships with regional and international commercial banks, private equity funds, institutional investors and family offices.
• Lead financial modeling, project feasibility assessments, capital optimization and oversight of RERA/Escrow account mechanics.
• Direct long‑term FP&A, liquidity planning, cash‑flow forecasting, financial risk management and governance while mentoring the finance team.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership, primarily in real‑estate development finance and project funding.
• Hands‑on experience in the UAE market with a proven record of closing complex debt/equity facilities.
• Strong network with GCC financial institutions, lenders and institutional investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CA, CFA, ACCA, CPA or MBA Finance strongly preferred.
