Vice President - Gaming Marketing Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is preparing to open its first integrated resort in the UAE in 2027. The company is seeking a Vice President to lead its Gaming Marketing Services function, overseeing VIP services and telemarketing operations across the new property.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the VIP Services department in line with marketing and guest‑engagement goals.
• Lead operational planning and resource allocation for Coordinator and Telemarketing teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Act as the executive liaison between Gaming Marketing, Gaming, and Resort Operations to maintain VIP standards.
• Oversee the complete VIP guest journey—from reservation to departure—ensuring discreet, culturally appropriate service.
• Implement service quality measurement tools and performance indicators to track guest satisfaction.
• Lead the Telemarketing team in reactivating, qualifying, and inviting VIP and coded patrons, developing data‑driven call campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE data‑privacy, responsible gaming, AML/CTF, and other regulatory frameworks in collaboration with Compliance, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Mentor and develop Coordinators, Supervisors, and Telemarketing Executives.

Required profile

• At least 120 months (10 years) of experience in gaming marketing, VIP services, or related luxury hospitality roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams in a high‑stakes environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CTF compliance and responsible gaming regulations.
