Vice President Group Commercial & Monitoring and Control

About the role

ADNOC Group is seeking a Vice President to lead Group Commercial, Monitoring, and Control functions. Reporting to the SVP, Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, this executive will drive commercial performance, analytics, and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance management and governance, providing visibility, insights, and actionable intelligence across procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, and commercial operations.
• Drive data analytics and digital enablement initiatives, leveraging enterprise systems and advanced reporting to improve decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, influence performance outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and support strategic business priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement and value creation using data‑driven insights to enhance commercial efficiency, supplier performance, cost optimisation, SLA achievement, and overall business performance.

Required profile

• 18+ years of progressive experience in procurement, commercial operations, supply chain, or related fields, preferably within energy, oil & gas, or large‑scale industrial sectors.
• Proven success in commercial analytics, technology enablement, business intelligence, performance management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic leadership with the ability to influence senior executives, manage cross‑functional relationships, and lead high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of turning data into actionable business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
