Vice President, Head of Sales Operations – CEMEA

About the role

Visa is seeking a senior, commercially‑focused leader to head Sales Operations for the CEMEA region. The Vice President will shape and execute the operating framework that drives growth, market penetration and seller productivity across a diverse market landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CEMEA sales operating model aligned with Visa’s growth strategy.
• Lead regional sales planning, quota setting, performance management and forecasting processes.
• Design and govern account planning, customer segmentation and territory strategies to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end sales processes, including lead‑to‑cash, pipeline governance and contracting, and drive large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Champion sales enablement, capability building and adoption of best‑in‑class methodologies and playbooks.
• Define and implement the regional sales technology roadmap, including CRM optimization, analytics and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Provide executive‑level insights, dashboards and AI‑driven decision support to senior leadership.
