Vice President – Private Banker (UAE)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Private Banking business in Dubai as a Vice President Private Banker. You will work with a diverse, dynamic team to deliver first‑class wealth management solutions to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and retain new UHNW clients in the UAE, driving sales of investment, banking and trust/estate products.
• Coordinate specialist advisors (Investor, Capital, Trust, Estate and Wealth Advisors) to provide interdisciplinary solutions for complex client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles, ensuring compliance with J.P. Morgan risk‑management policies and proper account servicing.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships, delivering tailored wealth‑management strategies that align with client goals.

Required profile

• Significant private‑banking experience serving UHNW individuals and families in the UAE market.
• Proven business‑development track record with strong sales, prospecting and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or have no obligatory military service obligations.
• Solid understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts, including asset allocation, structured portfolios, brokerage, deposits, loans and basic trust/estate products.
