Vice President (VP) of Marketing

About the role

AHS is looking for an innovative and results-driven Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy and strengthen its brand presence in the luxury real estate market. The VP develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth across multiple channels, and needs deep experience in luxury branding and real estate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with AHS's business goals.
• Lead branding, digital marketing, advertising and public relations to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns targeting diverse markets.
• Work with sales, communications and product teams to keep messaging and positioning consistent.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights and the competitive landscape to find growth opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Measure and report marketing performance metrics and ROI, adjusting campaigns based on data.
• Represent AHS at industry events, conferences and media engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in luxury real estate or a related luxury industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
