About the role
Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is looking for a Villa Host. The role is about maximizing and exceeding guest satisfaction through highly personalized, efficient and responsive service, with attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs. You will take ownership and leadership of the villas assigned to you.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, direct and assist guests in their villas
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas
- Provide personalized, efficient and responsive service while anticipating guest needs
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; foreign languages are an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host, preferably in a similar quality hotel
- Friendly and outgoing behaviour
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
- Strong decision-making abilities
