About the role

As a VIP Hostess at FZN by Björn Frantzén, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming impression from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, inform them of wait times, manage the waiting list, escort them to their tables and say goodbye with genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing accurate wait‑time information.
• Monitor and update the waiting list, ensuring smooth flow of seating.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with service staff.
• Engage in natural conversation, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team in a fast‑paced environment to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• International exposure in a similar role or at least 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
