Visual Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Visual Systems Specialist to develop, maintain, and optimise visual systems that support our brand identity and digital experiences. The role works closely with design, product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure visual consistency and high‑quality execution across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable visual systems, design frameworks, and visual standards, including typography, colour, imagery, layout, icons, graphics and motion principles.
• Create reusable design components, templates, patterns and visual assets, and support design system governance and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product, graphic, motion designers, developers and marketing teams to ensure consistent implementation and accessibility.
• Conduct visual audits, identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement, and organise design assets, libraries and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual design, design systems, UI/UX or brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating large‑scale visual projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, systematic problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with experience presenting concepts to internal teams and leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch or similar design tools.
• Experience developing design systems, visual frameworks, brand guidelines or component libraries.
• Understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, colour theory and responsive design.
