VP, Credit - Digitization & AI Portfolio Management

About the role

This senior‑level VP role within the Personal Banking Credit unit oversees end‑to‑end strategic coordination of digital and AI initiatives. It bridges high‑level strategy and technical execution to ensure AI and digital transformation investments deliver measurable commercial value and drive a cultural shift toward digitisation across the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the digitisation and AI strategy of Personal Banking Credit, planning road‑maps and prioritising initiatives based on impact, risk, benefits and available resources.
• Partner with business teams to promote digitisation projects such as personal loan digitisation, and actively participate in working groups and steering‑committee updates.
• Provide support to other credit segments on their digitisation agendas, ensuring alignment with the broader credit unit’s objectives.
• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives—from ideation and project planning through implementation and monitoring.
• Lead AI‑driven portfolio analytics to highlight risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate with risk teams to develop advanced AI models for lending.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with recent hands‑on involvement in digitisation and AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and digitisation technologies, data science, and business‑process transformation.
• Proven ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration and adaptability.
• Experience mentoring, motivating and developing team members.
