VP International Finance

About the role

The Vice President of International Finance will lead Management Information (MI) reporting and drive financial performance for the International Banking Division of First Abu Dhabi Bank. This senior position ensures accurate financial data, robust reporting governance, and strategic insight across multiple countries and product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern MI reporting to provide a complete view of the business position.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and Group Products & Segments Finance to standardise MI formats across products, segments and countries.
• Plan, set targets and monitor the success of international business operations.
• Prepare and manage the monthly MI reporting cycle, covering actuals, budget, forecast and strategic commentary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for International CFO on MI governance, reporting design, automation and system change projects.
• Support transformation initiatives, reporting automation, and enhancements to budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven capability to interact with multiple stakeholders across finance, product and segment teams.
• Effective coordination, communication and relationship‑building across Group Finance and country finance functions.
