VP of People

About the role

NymCard is seeking a VP of People to drive workforce planning, organisation design, performance, and culture across its markets. The role partners with senior leadership to keep the organisation lean, high‑performing and compliant while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own workforce planning with Finance, covering headcount, hiring priorities, organisation design, succession and people metrics.
• Lead hiring across all markets, including senior and confidential searches.
• Manage onboarding, hiring quality, performance cycles, career levelling, compensation and reward frameworks.
• Embed practical AI use into the People function and help teams adopt AI to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Own employment policy and people compliance across UAE, KSA, Egypt, Pakistan and Lebanon.
• Lead and develop a lean, high‑impact People team.

Required profile

• 12+ years in HR, with at least 5 years leading a People function or major HR division.
• Strong talent acquisition experience, including senior hiring and quality‑of‑hire measurement.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UAE and KSA labour law.
• Experience supporting rapid growth, organisational change or restructuring.
