VP of Product – Tokenized Deposits

About the role

DCM builds interbank infrastructure for tokenized deposits across emerging markets. As VP of Product you will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for two core offerings, working closely with the leadership team and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for Side‑core and PMP, aligning with market trends, regulation and client demand.
• Shape product direction by monitoring CBDC, interbank ledger projects and competing platforms.
• Develop new capabilities, deployment models and market expansions with clear business cases.
• Set the standard implementation approach from workshop through pilot to production and manage customization boundaries.
• Translate client learnings into a prioritized backlog and collaborate with engineering and partners to deliver accepted solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience, at least 5 years leading B2B infrastructure products.
• Proven track record shipping tokenized money solutions (deposits, stablecoins or DLT‑based settlement) in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering products to banks or payment operators, including workshops, scoping, pilots and production roll‑out.
• Strong command of payments infrastructure and ISO 20022 standards.
• Fluent English, based in the UAE or willing to travel frequently.
