About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join the Shanghai Me team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑end service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding brand standards. Founded in 2011, the group operates a portfolio of lifestyle concepts across the Middle East and Europe.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage within high‑end venues.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
- Comfortable with a live‑out position.
