About the role

As a Waiter at Cloud 22, you will deliver fine‑dining service to guests, supporting colleagues to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support and assistance to ensure exceptional fine‑dining service.
• Be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu and promotional activities.
• Monitor consistency of food and beverage items served and maintain overall service quality.
• Escalate major problems or complaints to management promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality with at least 2 years of fine‑dining experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and confident dealing with a diverse clientele.
