Waiter – Food & Beverage Service at Oaks Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join the food and beverage team at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests in our restaurants and bars, you will help create memorable dining experiences through prompt, courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the outlet’s menus, specials, and beverage selections.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the service area.
• Respect guest privacy and handle any special requests or concerns professionally.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere across all F&B outlets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food‑and‑beverage or restaurant service.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Fluent English communication skills.
