About the role
The Waiter role is a full‑time position within the Front of House team, reporting to the Head Waiter, Section Head or Restaurant Manager. You will deliver attentive, professional table service to ensure a high‑quality guest experience and represent the brand on the floor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders and enter them into the POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and timing.
- Guide guests through menus, provide recommendations and monitor satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with runners, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and follow hygiene, safety and service SOPs.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a waiter or service role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
